At Tooth of the Arrow, we stand by our products. If you are having an issue with your Tooth of the Arrow gear, we want to work with you to make it right.

What type of damage is covered under warranty?

Our warranty covers any non-hunting damage which occurs within 90-days of receiving your

broadheads. Unfortunately, due to the extremely high number of warranty scams we are faced

with, we are unable to cover broadheads which have been allegedly damaged in an animal

while hunting. While we are saddened to have had to make this change to our policy, there are warranty scam attempts that we deal with almost every day. Rest assured, we don’t see broadhead damage from hunting very often.

 Broadhead damage and blade breaks can happen if the broadhead contacts another

hard object within the target such as an old field point, broadhead, or insert that has been lost

within the target. The other occurrence of broken blades happens when you shoot a broadhead

into the target, and then shoot another broadhead or field point at the same spot and they make

contact in the target. We will cover this type of damage if it is within 90 days, but we ask that

you please avoid shooting the same spot – they are just that accurate!

 

How do I know if my broadheads are covered under warranty?

If your broadheads fall within our warranty parameters, we will be happy to replace the pack for you or offer you a store credit! Our warranty parameters are as follows:

- broadheads must have been purchased directly from toothofthearrowbroadheads.com

- items are under warranty for 90 calendar days from the date of delivery, after which date they are no longer eligible for replacement

- broadheads which were purchased from an authorized retailer may still be eligible under warranty if proof of purchase from an authorized Tooth of the Arrow retailer is provided, and the purchase was within 90 calendar days of today

- Orders which were made directly from toothofthearrowbroadheads.com are eligible for full refunds if your order is within 90 days of delivery.

 

Return Shipping Process

Return labels will be provided for items that are defective, or incorrect. For all other returns, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the product(s) until it arrives at our warehouse, so please select a shipping method with tracking.

To request a return, exchange, or warranty claim, please email customercare@toothofthearrowbroadheads.com with the complete details of your request including your original order number or receipt from the authorized retailer from which you made your purchase. Warranty requests without this information may not be able to be processed. We will email you a return form which includes the return shipping address.

Our warranty and return policy is put in place to ensure customer satisfaction.  However, Tooth of the Arrow Broadheads reserves the right to refuse returns and claims to those taking advantage of this service.
