At Tooth of the Arrow we believe in our products. If you are not happy with your purchase we want to work with you to make it right.

When emailing, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form, and we will provide you with one. This form must be included with your return in order for it to be processed.

We also offer exchanges on any products purchased through our website. If you are interested in an exchange, please request an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Form, and we will provide you with one. This form must be included with your exchange in order for it to be processed.

Limitations and Exceptions

Our return policy is put in place to ensure customer satisfaction. However, Tooth of the Arrow reserves the right to refuse returns to those taking advantage of our service.

Customers are responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.

After 90 days, all sales are final. 

Broadheads that have been damaged through normal broadhead use are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All exchanged products are calculated at the retail price. Any discount applied to the original order is not transferable.
